These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Bizblunt (the "Service"), a storefront platform for wholesale sellers, operated by Bitnibblr Private Limited ("Bizblunt", "we", "us"). By creating a Bizblunt account, or by browsing or placing an order request on a Bizblunt storefront, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Bizblunt is
Bizblunt lets wholesale sellers ("Sellers") publish a product catalogue on their own Bizblunt storefront address, communicate quantity-tier pricing and minimum order quantities, and capture structured order requests from buyers ("Buyers"). Bizblunt provides the software and infrastructure for this; we are not a party to, and do not guarantee, any transaction between a Seller and a Buyer.
2. No online payment on storefronts
Bizblunt does not collect payment from Buyers at checkout on any storefront. Placing an order request only sends the Seller a structured order and does not create a binding sale, charge any payment method, or obligate the Seller to fulfil the order. Pricing, payment terms, delivery and fulfilment are agreed directly between the Seller and the Buyer, outside the Service.
3. Accounts
Seller accounts are created and accessed using WhatsApp-based phone number verification. You are responsible for keeping access to your registered phone number secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@bitnibblr.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Seller responsibilities
- Product listings, pricing and availability you publish must be accurate and lawful, and pricing must be shown in Indian Rupees (INR).
- You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders you accept, and for any tax, invoicing, warranty and consumer-protection obligations that apply to your sales.
- You must not use the Service to list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal goods, or to mislead Buyers.
5. Subscription fees and billing
New stores start with a one-month free trial at no charge. After the trial, keeping a storefront live requires an active paid plan; see our Pricing page for current rates. Payments are processed by our payment partner; by subscribing you authorise recurring or one-time charges as applicable to the plan you select. 6. Intellectual property
The Bizblunt name, logo and platform software are owned by Bitnibblr Private Limited. Sellers retain ownership of the product content, images and branding they upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and display that content as part of operating their storefront.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt its operation, circumvent access controls, scrape data at scale, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service, or cancel your subscription, at any time from your Seller dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Bizblunt is not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from transactions between Sellers and Buyers, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
